Hydraulic Hoses

We can offer an assortment of high pressure hoses for applications ranging from standard to extreme pressure. The hoses are primarily designed for hydraulics but are also suitable for other applications such as paint spraying, high pressure cleaning and gas conduits. Besides Hydraulic hoses in rubber, we also offer Thermoplastic and Teflon hoses with a working pressure up to 1000 bar.

Hydraulic Hose Fittings

Hydrepair Hydraulics offers one of the largest selection of hose fittings for hydraulics. We have fittings with G-, M-, NPT-, UNF-, and ORFS- threads and many others, designed for all types of hoses.
The fittings are divided in three groups; Swaged fittings for both braided and spiralled hoses, Interlock fittings for the most demanding applications and Reusable fittings for easy assembly in the field. These fittings are also obtainable in stainless steel for the food and pharmaceutical industry.

Pipes

 We market an extensive range of steel tubes for hydraulic applications, with dimensions ranging from 4 mm to 65 mm. As a standard, our pipes are cold-drawn and normalised, but are also available in welded design. We also offer several surface treatments, as well as stainless steel tubes.

Valves & Filters

Ball valves are mainly used as shut-off valves and selector valves. They are available for both high pressure hydraulics and low pressure applications. Valves for working pressure up to 1400 bar are available on request.

Hydrepair Hydraulics stocks most types of hydraulic valves and filters, in addition to measuring equipment such as fluid level gauges, pressure gauges and pressure gauge connectors.
